Talk about going viral. I Googled the terms +Michigan +budget +iPod today and came up with more than 942,000 hits with those search words in them. Not bad for something that was never said? And if you believe that, I have some waterfront property to sell you in Arizona.

It was nice to see my humble site mentioned in your post. You are correct: the bill doesn’t say specifics. The main reason why I quoted (without commentary) is the educational spin on things: schools are very good about using technology _for_ learning; to have ELDs or the sort for the classroom, like in other cases, is somewhat silly.
